Jason was super great throughout the entire experience. He gave me a lot of advice and was very upfront when he thought it wasn't the home for me or we could do better. He took all of my wants for a home into consideration when recommending houses to look at. He was wonderful and I am very happy I went with him as my realtor. I couldn't have asked for a better job.

Jason went above and beyond for us ! He was very honest since we are out of state. He did video zoom calls and took videos of houses for us. Answered all questions we had along the way. We asked about the yard and if it was flat and he took videos at ground level for us. Most relators wont go that far. Jason still goes above and beyond after closing of the house as we still arent in the new house. With the bad weather he checks on things for us and made sure all closing agreements and fixes have been completed for us. Would absolutely reccomend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. A great experience!

Our experience with Jason was extremely positive. Enjoyable even. We had our house up FSBO and had many agents knock on our door to talk to us. Jason was one. Jason Machette is a down to earth, personable man who just happens to be a christian. When I have been nervous about whether I have made a bid for the right amount while buying a foreclosure. He has helped me feel good about what ever the out come will be. When I've been interested in buying certain homes that I thought were a good deal he would let me know right away that in that neighborhood the ground was soft or that the house had structural problems. One time I gave him a name of a person that needed help buying a home and gave the person his number. I told him that she didn't have a lot of money to spend on a home and he said "That's alright, I treat everyone the same." I have been very please working with Jason, that's why I have worked with him to buy three homes.
